Profile

Diane W. Clough was born in western New York State. She attended Alfred University in New York, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum Laude in Business Administration, with departmental honors. She relocated to Las Vegas in 1981. After working in the banking and construction accounting industries, she decided on a full-time career in public accounting. She earned her Accounting Degree from UNLV in 1992, while working full-time for a local CPA firm.

Diane is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the State of Nevada. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. In addition, she is a member of the AICPA Tax Section and a charter member of the Tax Network. She worked in the field of public accounting for 17 years for three different local CPA firms, prior to beginning her own practice.

In December, 1998, she started her own CPA practice as Diane W. Clough, CPA, Ltd.  Her practice is a full-service CPA firm, offering all types of income tax preparation, including individual, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and LLCs.  She also provides income tax and estate planning, financial statement preparation, consultation services, IRS representation services, small business start-up, payroll tax preparation, and bookkeeping services.

Diane is married, with two grown children. Aside from various networking groups, she is active in community affairs and has served on committees for various Las Vegas charities, as well as Boards of Directors for private businesses and non-profits. Hobbies include fiction writing and reading.
